There is a pickup option also available at our Toronto, Canada Office location. The other shipping option is via postage across Canada, USA and Europe.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do. Please contact us to inquire about our international shipping options. We have warehouses in Canada, USA and Europe which reduces our shipping times.
How to Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.

We are flexible in our payment options and accept Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, and other credit card providers.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?
Your order can be placed by going to the products page, and selecting the type of bag you want, and then you will be prompted to select the order quantity.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact us, for such a request.
How can I order more quantities of different bags?
There will be options to select quantity variation of each bag. Please note variations will have different pricing as more the quantity better the pricing will be. For any other qty, that is not listed in the variation please contact us.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we do. Most of our clients get customized orders for their business needs. This includes but is not limited to screen printing their logo on their bags. There will be an MOQ for such an order where customization is required.
